How to Participate

1. Log in or Sign up: Sign in to your PlayNow account or create one to get started.
2. Visit the Jackpot Cash Drop Page: Head to the promotion page between 2 PM and 12 AM daily.
3. Play a Featured Game: Choose from 18 eligible games to participate.
4. Opt In & Activate the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget:
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget.
   • Once opted in, you're in for the entire promotion!
   • If you select "Decide Later", the opt-in prompt will reappear the next time you open a featured game.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to win a jackpot.
5. Play & Watch for the Cash Drop:
   
   • Enjoy your game during the Daily Jackpot Period (2 PM – 12 AM).
   • Once per day, the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget will randomly activate the Cash Drop, signaling that $2,500 prizes are available to drop!
   • The widget will display how many jackpots remain for the day.
6. Daily Jackpot Fun!
   
   • If all prizes aren’t awarded before 12 AM, they roll over to the next day.
   • If all jackpots are awarded prior to 12 am, the widget disappears and resets at 2 PM the next day.

The jackpots will be randomly awarded during the daily jackpot period of 2 pm – 12 am CST. During the daily Jackpot, the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget will randomly activate the Cash Drop, and the widget will display the number of prizes available to be won. The Jackpot Cash Drop Widget will randomly award a jackpot to a player actively playing on any one of the 18 featured games.

The Jackpot Cash Drop Promotion runs starts February 14^th and ends when the 140^th jackpot is won. All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a qualified participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the Jackpot Cash Drop promotion during a daily jackpot period, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the Jackpot Cash Drop promotion, meaning the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget will not launch at any time during the promo period. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.
• Decide Later: If you choose decide later, the opt-in pop up will launch the next time you launch any of the featured games during a daily jackpot period.

If you opted out of the Jackpot Cash Drop promotion but decided to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the Jackpot Cash Drop promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during the daily jackpot period, and there is still a jackpot eligible to be won for that day, the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget will automatically launch.

Unfortunately, the jackpots are only randomly awarded between 2 pm – 12am CST. You can check back the next day for another chance to win a jackpot!

When the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget is live during the daily jackpot period, it has two different views:

1. Widget Active, Cash Drop Inactive: This means that the Cash Drop could be triggered at any time during the daily jackpot period. The widget will display the total dollar value of prizes that will be eligible to be won in the next Cash Drop. IE - $25,000 (this means the next Cash drop will be dropping 10 prizes of $2,500).
   
   In this example, the Cash Drop is inactive and the widget is showing a total prize pool of $15 (for demo purposes only)
2. Widget Active, Cash Drop Active: This means the Cash Drop is active and prizes are available to be won! The widget will display how many jackpots are available to be won during the daily jackpot period. If all jackpots are won prior to 12am, the widget will disappear until the next day. There is no guarantee that all the jackpots will be awarded prior to 12am, as they are awarded randomly. If they are not, the prizes roll over to the next day.

When the Jackpot Cash Drop widget is in the Cash Drop Active State, the widget will display the number of jackpots available to be won. As jackpots are awarded, the number will go down.

If the widget is in the Cash Drop Inactive state, this means that the Cash Drop for the day has not happened yet, and could happen at any time.

If the widget does not launch during the daily jackpot period, this means that all jackpots have been awarded for the day. Check back the next day for more chances to win a jackpot!

The Cash Drop Active State is entirely random. When activated, the widget will display the number of jackpots available to be won. These jackpots will randomly be awarded to players actively playing featured games. There is no time limit as to when the jackpots could be awarded – it could happen all at once or over a period of time!

If the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget does not launch during the daily jackpot period, this means all jackpots have been awarded for the day. Check back the next day for more chances to win a jackpot!

If the Jackpot Cash Drop widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen like the below. This means you’ve won a $2,500 jackpot, and it will be awarded into your account within three business days.

The Jackpot Tool is based on a true Random Number Generator (RNG) which means players remain at similar odds throughout the entire campaign. This means every player has equal chance of winning regardless of when or how often they may decide to play during the campaign, meaning it is entirely possible for the same player to win more than once.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Jackpots will be awarded randomly during the daily jackpot period when the Cash Drop is activated to players actively playing a featured game.

If you recently opted in and are unable to launch the Jackpot Cash Drop Widget, please call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note trouble shooting could take up to three business days.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. Please note, if you win a jackpot on a weekend, your jackpot will not be added into your PlayNow account until the following business day. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the Jackpot Cash Drop terms and conditions.

Please note: If you win a jackpot between Friday February 14 – Monday, February 17, your jackpot will be awarded after Tuesday, February 18 due to the long weekend.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The Jackpot Cash Drop promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win jackpots within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances to win 1 of the 140 $2,500 jackpots.

The prize money used for the Jackpot Cash Drop promotion is funded from discontinued slot games on PlayNow that featured progressive jackpots. The remaining jackpot funds from these games, which were still available for players to win at the time of suspension, are as follows:
