How to Participate

1. Log in or Sign up: Start by logging into your PlayNow account. Not a member? Sign up today to participate in the 12 Days of Jackpots!
2. Visit during the Daily Jackpot Period: Choose from one of the 18 featured games between 10 AM and 10 PM daily.
3. Opt-In and Launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget: Once you’ve launched a featured game, select “opt in” to accept the terms and conditions in the pop-up window to activate the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget.
   
   • If you choose “Decide Later”, the opt in pop up will launch the next time you open a featured game. You will not be able to participate in the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion until you opt in.
   • If you choose “Opt Out”, you will be opted out of the promotion and the 12 Days of Jackpots widget will not launch.
4. Play any Featured Game: Enjoy playing the featured games during the daily jackpot period. The 12 Days of Jackpots Widget could randomly award you 1 of 3 $8,000 daily jackpots while you play!
5. Daily Jackpot Fun: Once the daily jackpots are claimed, the widget will disappear until the next day’s jackpot period begins.

If you win a jackpot it will be deposited directly into your PlayNow account with in three business days.

The 12 Days of Jackpots promotion runs from December 12 - 23, 2024. Three jackpots of $8,000 will be randomly awarded daily between 10 am – 10 pm PST.

The jackpots will be awarded randomly three times per day during the daily jackpot period of 10 am – 10 pm PST. The 12 Days of Jackpots Widget will randomly “drop” a prize to a player actively playing one of the 18 featured games. The 12 Days of Jackpots Widgets completely random and can drop on any of the 18 featured games during the daily jackpot period.

The 12 Days of Jackpot Promotion runs from December 12 – 23. All qualified participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a qualified participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion during a daily jackpot period, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion, meaning the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget will not launch at any time during the promo period. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.
• Decide Later: If you choose decide later, the opt-in pop up will launch the next time you launch any of the featured games during a daily jackpot period. You will not be able to participate in the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion until you opt in.

If you opted out of the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion but decided to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to 3 business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during a Jackpot Validity Period, and there is still a jackpot eligible to be won for that day, the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget will automatically launch.

Unfortunately, the jackpots are only randomly awarded between 10 am – 10pm PST. You can check back the next day for another chance to win a daily jackpot!

The three daily jackpots of $8,000 are randomly awarded at any time during the daily jackpot period of 10 am – 10 pm, meaning if all three are randomly awarded prior to 10pm PST, the widget will reset and not launch until the next day.

When you launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget, the number of prizes is displayed. If there is “$24,000” or a “3” displayed, all three jackpots of $8,000 are still eligible to be won. If the number goes down to “2” or “1”, then jackpots have been randomly awarded. When there are no more jackpots left for the day, the widget will reset and not launch until the next day.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the 12 Days of Jackpots terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The prize money used for the 12 Days of Jackpot promotion is funded from discontinued slot games on PlayNow that featured progressive jackpots. The remaining jackpot funds from these games, which were still available for players to win at the time of suspension, are as follows:
